Audit Log

Most create, change, and delete actions are logged by the system. Additionally, all user sign in events are also logged.

Users with the Audit Viewer or Global Administrator permissions can view recent audit logs by selecting Organization on the top menu, then selecting Audit Log on the left side menu.
